1. Acceptance

All purchases are completed on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Tokopedia and are subject to those platforms' respective terms. Prices shown on wt.bafeel.com are indicative and final prices are those displayed on the marketplace at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship from Indonesian warehouses via JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and other local couriers. Standard dispatch is within 24 business hours. Delivery times: Jakarta same-day, Java 1–2 days, outer islands 3–5 days.

4. Warranty & Returns

• 1-year manufacturer warranty on all products against defects
• 7-day return window for defective items (return shipping covered by us)
• Returns must be requested through the marketplace where the order was placed

5. Intellectual Property

All content on wt.bafeel.com — including product descriptions, photos, logos, and the "Water Tap Indonesia" brand — is owned by PT Candy Jelly Trading International or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any single order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
