Does your filter work with Indonesian PDAM & well water?

Yes. All our filter systems are tested against typical Indonesian water conditions including high chlorine (PDAM), iron & sediment (sumur/well water), and hard-water scale. Multi-stage models (5-stage, RO) handle the most challenging water sources.

How long does installation take?

Most products use standard 1/2" fittings and install in 15–30 minutes with a wrench and teflon tape. We provide step-by-step video tutorials and WhatsApp support if you need help.

How often do I replace the filter cartridge?

It depends on water quality and usage — typically every 6–12 months for PP/carbon cartridges, 18–24 months for RO membranes. We stock genuine replacement cartridges for every system we sell.

Is there a warranty? Can I return if defective?

Yes — every product comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Defective items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (free return shipping). Returns go through the marketplace where you ordered (Shopee / TikTok / Tokopedia).

Do you ship to my area? Is COD available?

We ship nationwide via JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja and Ninja. Jakarta same-day, Java 1–2 days, outer islands 3–5 days. COD is supported on most orders via Shopee and Tokopedia.

Is the shower head compatible with my existing plumbing?

All our shower sets use universal 1/2" (G1/2) threading — the standard in Indonesian homes. Our shower hoses are also universal fit. If unsure, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.
